To raise public awareness of the innovation within engineering companies in Plymouth and the City as an economic hub for engineering in the United Kingdom.

b) Schools for Enginuity
To increase the numbers and quality of young students pursuing a career with engineering companies in Plymouth.

c) Skills for Enginuity
To satisfy requirements of employers in the most cost effective demand-led manner to both new recruits and existing employees.

d) Future Enginuity
